Abstract:当今景观规划设计中，对水要素的理解已经拓展到生态、文化、工程等多个领域。水景观要素设计是现代社区建设十分重要的工作之一。文章通过对四川新津“尚水上城”概念性规划设计实践，提出了统筹水景观的策略和将其贯彻到社区规划中的理念，并运用了相应的水景观要素形态、生态、景观、文化一体化的设计手法。
