Abstract:正值国土空间规划体系构建的初步阶段，本文充分认识新时代下国土空间改革对乡镇层面国土空间规划提出的新要求，探讨了乡镇层级国土空间规划的定位与主要内容，从管控范围、工作内容和实施方式指出编制转变的新要点，并且梳理了编制技术新路径。结合《重庆市奉节县兴隆镇国土空间规划（2020—2035）》编制实践，探索乡镇层级国土空间规划编制路径，以期为量大面广的乡镇层级国土空间规划编制提供一定的技术范式借鉴。
