Abstract:“花园城市”建设是在生态城市的基础上对建成环境空间品质和可持续发展的进一步提升，在明确城市建设对既有 生态和生活方式造成威胁的基础上，通过改善建成环境建设更适于人们生活的城市形态。舟山虽具有营建“海上花园城市” 的独特优势，但脆弱的生态环境和潜在的生态风险制约了城市的改造和提升，如何对现状生态环境进行优化提升，将其转化 成有利于促进城市发展的条件、实现“建成环境—生态资源”协同发展的路径是构建“海上花园城市”的关键。文章提出在建成环境生态修复的基础上，构建促进景观环境感知提升的“海上花园城市”生态化建设框架，探索从夯实生态本底到提升景观感知体验的规划路径，以期制定适应自然生态过程、“让自然做功”的可持续绿色发展规划策略，促进舟山“海上花园城市”的整体空间品质提升。
