Abstract:社会经济活动是交通运输需求的根本条件，交通运输条件的改善又会促进经济 发展，兩者有着密不可分的关系，在交通运输系统中，交通运输、土地使用、区域发展，往往构成彼此之间不可分割的旋还关系。过去三十年來，台湾基于几项重大交通建设，成功带动社会经济的发展与城乡区域的平衡，在福建由于地形的限制，过去对内陸地区难以发挥有效的陸路运输，但在近十年内，高速公路、铁路的开发，同样带给了福建新的发展契机。本研究针对闽台兩地交通建设发展趋势的研究是以兩地交通建设发展分析为基础，结合交通旅次与社会经济发展相关的特点，分析未來兩地在交通建设发展的条件及可行的发展模式。
