Abstract:农产品物流具有种類多、保鲜度要求高的特性，尤其在农产品运输环节上需要 较强的时效性。本研究对象S 公司是福建典型的农业产业化企业，具有农产品物流的代表性。该公司过去在农产品的配送路在线由于配送距離过长，車辆运载率低造成配送成本高、时效低。因此本研究首先对S 公司福建基地在农产品配送中存在问题进行分析，并考虑到该公司的实际特点，对目前的配送路线进行改进和最佳化，透过在物流配送计划、配送車辆路径方面进行优化，评估改善的方法在该公司的配送路在线的实际效果，最后提出改善措施和建议。
