Abstract:随着全球经济的发展，企业在商务活动中要求加快运送商业文件及样品的需求越来越高，加上社会的发展以及人民生活水平的提高，消费者对信息物品快速获得的需求也日趋强烈。本文运用顺丰速运公司一级干线规划逻辑方法。对宁德分部与霞浦分部发往华东方向的快递件进行规划分析，其中开通「宁温干线」，评估结果将提高杭州部分地区0.5个工作日的时效，为青口中转场分担59.54%的华东方向快递件，能有效提升运输效率。
