Steven Zhang, Male, born in 1978, in Jiaozuo, Henan Province, a professor at Fujian University of Technology, master's supervisor, doctor of engineering at Tongji university, candidate of Outstanding Young Scientific Research Talents Cultivation Plan of Colleges and Universities in Fujian Province, an Advanced Individual in entrepreneurship education of national colleges and universities, national first-class registered constructor. Currently, Doc. Zhang acts as the vice President of the Institute of Civil Engineering at Fujian College of Engineering, also director of Fujian Engineering Research Center at college cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan , deputy director of Virtual Simulation Experiment Teaching Center at the National Civil Engineering Institute, deputy secretary general of Applied Undergraduate Architectural Planning in Fujian Province Class Teaching Union, and director of the Institute of Civil Engineering and Construction in Fujian Province.

Doc. Zhang chaired over 40 and participated in various scientific research projects, including hosting 1 National Natural Science Fund Project, 3 Natural Science Fund Projects in Fujian province, 1 key projects of Fujian province College Youth Natural Foundation, 1 Fujian Colleges and Universities Outstanding Youth Scientific Research and Talent Cultivation Project, 1 Fuzhou Science and Technology Plan Project, 2 National Natural Science Foundation Projects, the Ministry of Construction National Standard Specifications for Design of Aluminum Alloy Structure Compiled Programs, etc. Published 45 papers, including 2 SCI papers and 17 EI papers. He was granted 4 invention patents and 8 utility model patents.

Doc. Zhang chaired and participated in 16 teaching and research projects, including 1 teaching and research project of the university, 1 excellent course construction project of the university graduate students, 1 teaching case base construction project of the university graduate students, 1 online open course construction project of the university elite, 1 case base construction project of the university undergraduate courses, etc. He won 1 special prize and 1 second prize of Fujian education achievement award.
