陈鼎，男，1995年生，福建福鼎人，博士，硕士生导师。现任福建理工大学人工智能与交通工程学院物流工程与管理系专任教师。博士毕业于法国巴黎萨克雷大学与福州大学（联合培养）。主要从事可持续食品供应链优化与运营管理等领域的教学与科研工作。目前以第一作者身份在 Omega (ABS-3)、International Journal of Production Research (ABS-3)以及 IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems (FMS-B)等管理科学与交通工程领域的主流国际期刊及会议上发表、录用学术论文 4 篇，并兼任多个国内外主流学术期刊的匿名审稿人。
