尤志嘉，男，2018年毕业于山东科技大学，工学博士，现任福建工程学院土木工程学院副教授，硕士研究生导师。主要从事土木工程智能建造、工程管理信息化等方向的研究工作。近年来主持或参与多项国家级、省部级与企业合作课题，主持项目经费合计近百万元；以第一作者在国内外权威学术期刊发表学术论文10余篇，其中SCI一区2篇，二区2篇，SSCI收录1篇，EI收录3篇；以第一完成人获得授权国家发明专利6项，出版学术专著3部，获得国家级行业学（协）会奖励2项。兼任教育部全国专业学位评估学位论文质量评价专家，以及多个SCI期刊审稿专家。
