闫同新，男，博士，副教授，硕士生导师，现任职于福建工程学院计算机科学与数学学院。目前主要研究领域为人工智能与数值代数，目前研究兴趣：机器学习、数字图像处理、数值代数及其应用等。以第一作者在《Applied Mathematics and Computation》、《Applied Mathematics Letters》、 《Journal of the Franklin Institute》、《Journal of Applied Analysis and Computation》等重要国际学术期刊上发表相关论文多篇，参与编著本科生教材3部。2015年获得首届全国微课比赛华东赛区二等奖。
