Abstract:在依法治国背景下，对法学人才培养提出更高要求。然而，应用技术型高校在法学人才培养模式上存在培养目标过高、培养模式缺乏协同创新、课程设置不合理、教学方法单一等种种问题。本文总结福建工程学院法学院“政产学研用”协同创新实践成功经验，以“政产学研用”协同创新模式为视角，提出法学应用技术型人才培养新模式。
