Abstract:几年来我国高校知识产权本科办学点井喷式增长，知识产权专业本科人才与社会需求的矛盾日益突出。文章总结、分析我国高校知识产权本科人才培养面临的种种困境，并提出摆脱困境的若干建议，以助推我国知识产权人才队伍日益壮大。
