王雪津,女,工学博士,现任职于福建理工大学人工智能与交通工程学院从事教学科研工作,福建省高层次人才(C类),硕士生导师。主要研究方向为人工智能、计算机视觉、视觉质量评价、低质视觉信息增强等。近年主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、福建省自然科学基金面上项目和福建省中青年教育科研项目各1项,作为骨干成员参与国家自然科学基金面上项目1项(排名第2);已经在IEEE Transactions on Multimedia、IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology、IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computational Intelligence、IEEE Transactions on Broadcasting、Digital Signal Processing、Pattern Recognition Letters等本领域国际权威学术期刊发表SCI检索论文18篇,其中,以第一作者发表中科院一区论文5篇,授权国家发明专利5项。获浙江省优秀博士学位论文、浙江省优秀博士毕业生、福建理工大学硕士学位论文优秀指导教师等荣誉和奖项。指导研究生获中国研究生人工智能创新大赛华为赛题专项一等奖。

(1)对学术研究具有极大热情,做事认真负责,具备较强的自主学习能力,能在导师引导下自我驱动成长。
(2)熟悉基本的数字图像处理相关算法理论,至少用过一种深度学习框架,如PyTorch、Tensorflow等。
(3)具备比较扎实的数学功底和Python/MATLAB编程能力。
