王金水，男，中共党员，2013年毕业于复旦大学计算机软件与理论专业，现为福建工程学院计算机科学与数学学院副教授、硕士生导师，澳大利亚国立大学访问学者。主持和参加国家自然科学基金项目、福建省科技厅自然科学基金项目、福建省教育厅科研项目、省级重点实验室开放基金项目40余项。研究方向为软件工程、自然语言处理、深度学习和智慧教育。先后在国内外期刊与会议上公开发表论文30余篇；申请并获得授权发明专利和软件著作权多项。
