Abstract:To address these issues, this paper proposes an optimized group-based sequential security inspection method based on passenger risk levels. The study assumes that passengers are classified into three risk levels—high, medium, and low—through a pre-screening system. The airport security process is divided into five sequential stages: identity verification, pre-inspection preparation, machine scanning, manual scanning, and baggage inspection. A multi-stage queuing model, is constructed to optimize resource allocation under constraints of security personnel and inspection time, aiming to minimize the false alarm rate. An improved multi-subpopulation wild horse optimization algorithm is proposed to solve the allocation of security channels and personnel for passengers of different risk levels. Experimental results demonstrate that the false alarm rate of the security system is reduced to 4.92%. The proposed optimization scheme not only holds theoretical significance for resource allocation in airport security systems but also provides practical value for resource scheduling and process optimization in real-world operations.
