Tien-Wen Sung received his Ph.D. degree in Computer and Communication Engineering from Department of Electrical Engineering at Cheng Kung University, Taiwan in 2014. He is now a Full Professor in the College of Computer Science and Mathematics, Fujian University of Technology, China. He is awarded the Taiwanese Outstanding Talents in Fujian Province of China. He is also a member of IEEE, ACM, IAENG, EAI, and China Computer Federation (CCF). As a guest editor, he has edited several special issues of SCI journals. He is now the associate editor of Journal of Network Intelligence and the academic editor of Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing. He has published more than 80 research papers indexed by SCI, SSCI, or EI, including an ESI highly cited paper, and won the Excellent/Best Paper Awards from several conferences. He also served as a reviewer for many journals and served as a committee member for many conferences. He is the leader of several research projects funded by governments and universities. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence of things, Artificial Intelligence, Wireless Sensor Networks, and U-Learning.
