Abstract:城市老城区的改建，常出现历史建筑的保护与道路拓宽间的矛盾问题。本文以交通影响评价方法来解决历史建筑的保留与城市道路发展之间的可持续发展问题。主要从历史建筑的可持续发展和城市道路发展两方面进行分析，平衡两者发展的基础上，提出合理的解决方案，以此对类似的交通问题进行思考和探索，为以后类似交通问题的解决提供参考。
