刘洋，男，宁夏吴忠人，博士，教授，硕士生导师。2011年毕业于四川大学应用化学专业，获理学学士学位。2011年至2017年，于四川大学高分子科学与工程学院从事聚合物纳米复合材料加工及无机材料制备及绿色能源领域应用研究，并分别于2014年和2017年获得材料加工工程专业硕士和博士学位。2015年8月至2017年12月，在美国莱斯大学材料科学于纳米工程系进行为期两年四个月访学。主要从事无机材料制备及其在光电催化领域的应用研究。共发表SCI学术论文18篇。其中，以第一作者在《Materials Today》（IF=26.4）、《Science Advances》（Science子刊）、《Journal of Materials Chemistry C》、《Advanced Optical Materials》、《Advanced Materials Interfaces》等期刊上发表SCI学术论文8篇。在国际学术会议上做口头报告2次；在国内学术会议上做大会口头报告一次。
