中国科学院博士,计算机科学与数学学院 副教授,福建省高层次人才c类,主持省自然科学基金和多项校企合作项目,参与多项省(部)级平台建设,担任福建省大数据挖掘与应用技术重点实验室秘书,Information Fusion、(SCI一区)期刊和NLPCC等会议论文审稿人。长期从事信息检索、自然语言处理、图像识别等的研究工作,在人工智能及其在生物信息工程的应用等方面取得了丰富研究成果。在IEEE JBHI、IEEE transactions、IPM、BIBM和Remote Sensing等重要期刊和会议上发表多篇论文。
目前与维尔茨堡大学(Germany)和省内多家公立医疗机构的的研究者们有着深度合作,主要涉及图像领域,如医学图像分割,欢迎有科研志向与学习热情的同学加入我所在的课题组。
