Abstract:Laced curved concrete-filled steel tubular (CCFST) member is an attractive proposition to be widely used in large-span space structures for economic and aesthetic purposes. A finite element model (FEM) was developed to perform an analysis on the full-range load versus deformation curves of laced CCFST members under axial compression to make it possible for proposing the further practical design.
