Abstract:党的十九大提出实施“乡村振兴战略”，乡村的振兴发展和脱贫攻坚战的全胜都离不开资本的投入和撬动作用。社会资本投资乡村是巩固农业基础地位、推动农业农村优先发展的重要支撑，是应对新冠肺炎疫情影响和打赢脱贫攻坚战、全面建成小康社会的有效举措，也是实施乡村振兴战略的重要力量。
