Abstract:With the deepening of the information technology revolution, the concept of innovation became more and more popular. The innovation has become the core of all activities of enterprises or industries. We need to systematically consider the connotation and driving force of innovation. This paper discussed the innovation model, new changes and the impact on industrial upgrading under the information technology, and put forward the corresponding paths and countermeasures.
