Abstract:“卓越工程师教育培养计划”是教育部贯彻中长期发展规划的一项重大改革项目，也是促进工程教育发展、培养创新型工程技术人才的重要举措。在各高校实施“卓越计划”过程中，校企合作机制往往存在一些困境，缺乏突破与创新，本文以福建工程学院机械专业“卓越计划”实施为例，借鉴国外职业教育校企合作机制的有益启示，提出“学校推动、行业引导、企业主导”的多元校企合作机制，为卓越计划试点高校提供借鉴。
