Abstract: The knowledge information management is deemed a key in enterprises competition. Using construction industry as an example, the paper demonstrates the implementation of knowledge information management by providing the management procedure, the organizational flowchart, and the design of network knowledge information sharing system. It also emphasizes the importance of the learning culture and reward program in the knowledge information management.
