张铮燕，管理学博士，硕士生导师，国家注册造价工程师，现为管理学院工程造价教研室教师。
主要研究方向为建筑碳排放、工程项目投资与融资。主持并完成福建省自然科学项目1项；参与编写《福建省全过程工程咨询试点工作方案》、《福建省全过程工程咨询合同示范文本》、《福建省全过程工程咨询服务技术标准》；主编教材《装配式混凝土建筑安全管理》；福建省级一流本科课程《工程项目融资》教学团队成员。
